Deciphering Truth from Lies

Hello and Happy New Year!

Every month I seem to be ranting about the war, but I don’t want us to be misled into thinking that everything is just peachy in the world. The fact that another battle strike group has been deployed to the Persian Gulf validates my belief that, short of a miracle, we are unfortunately on track for conflict with Iran.

If I am correct, we must get ready for a complete breakdown of law and order in the Middle East: an all out war between the Shia and Sunni Muslims – a war instigated by the American government. We moved one step closer to this when the cell phone edition of the videotaped execution of Saddam Hussien was released.

In my opinion, there is no way this could have happened unless a covert operation was already in place to use this video to further inflame the tumultuous relationship now existing between the Sunni and the Shia Muslims. In addition, I feel that our present administration wants to put more troops in Baghdad, not to insure peace, but instead, to fuel more hatred toward the United States, in order to destabilize the area even more. An attack on Iran will be motivated by our desire to limit their control of the country’s oil, and will have nothing to do with their alleged potential possession of weapons of mass destruction.

Sadly, I must say that I feel our leaders are failing us. Therefore, we must remain constantly aware of our fuel consumption as we do all we can to force our government, through local and state representation, into the development of alternative energy sources. As all of this plays itself out, more and more money will be spent on war and less and less will be put into healthcare, education and the American infrastructure. This is yet another slight of hand being played on us by the administration.

Through our spiritual activism, it is up to us to change the direction our world is taking. Let me give you an example: the minimum wage hike for the common man, Congress is bragging about, is really nothing more than rouge. I believe this because on December 13, 2006, Treasury Secretary Paulson, and Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke, went to China to discuss strategic economics with the Chinese Central Bank. Translated simply, this means they intend to decrease the value of the dollar worldwide in order to inflate the value of the dollar within the United States which means an inflation rate of 10% per year over the next five years.

If this is true, we will get a 3-3.5% increase in minimum wage, and lose 7% of our buying power per year over the next five years. The only way the government of the United States can pay its way out of debt is with highly inflated dollars. This creates annual interest rates as high as 20% for us, and a disastrous downhill economic slide for our great nation.

For the past forty years, the US government has informed the American people of how much money was being printed on a yearly basis. It was known as the M-3 Monetary Aggregate. However, as of February 2006, it is no longer being reported. I think each of us should write our members of Congress to find out why this is so. Although I have just given you the answer, the knowledge and power to reverse the destruction of our rights, freedoms and democratic way of life is in our hands. If we are persistent in asking the right questions, our leaders will become aware of the fact we are indeed paying attention, and are well aware of what they are up to.

We live in dynamic times, and therefore, we must be prepared to stay attentive, alert, and responsibly proactive. There is no one to save us but ourselves.

Now is the time for us to defend our true beliefs in the spiritual nature of our inalienable rights to freedom and democracy. Forgive me if I sound like a Founding Father, but it really enrages me to see the powers that be think us so shallow and easily led astray.

As this New Year unfolds let us be more mindful of deciphering the truth from the lies. If our greatness as a spiritually-led nation is to survive the coming years, that survival will depend upon our united, ethereal interpretation of physical reality. Peace is possible, but only through the power of our united force for informed and peaceful change.

With Purpose,
Dannion
